Thirty elite force personnel have been called back on Thursday after a successful round of negotiations between the Tehsil administration and the public.
It is pertinent to note that a row erupted between police and Bakht Biland, son of a local leader, Hamzala over a parking lot. Later, the police exposed Bakht Biland to physical violence resulting in an open confrontation between the public and the police rendering six people injured. Heavy police was called to Bahrain to tackle the situation. The charged people torched a police van and broke the glasses of the local hotels.
However, the hatchets were buried after long yet successful negotiations between the local notables and the DSM, Muhammad Naeem and the SP Upper Swat. A committee to be constituted to carry out a probe into the matter was also approved.
