Swat Hotels Association conditions celebrating the Independence Day to the arrest of the attackers of Zahid Khan

The Swat Hotels Association decided to celebrate the Independence Day only when the attackers of Al-Haj Zahid Khan have been arrested.
To this end, members of the Swat Hotels Association, PMAP, PSF Swat and other organizations reached the Swat Press Club after marching through various bazaars of Mingora city. The demonstrators yelled slogans against the attack on Al-Haj Zahid Khan.
Addressing the protestors, Wakil Ahmad, General Secretary SHA, Khalid Mehmood Khalid and others said that it is regretful to say that the attackers of Al-Haj Zahid Khan have not been arrested after elapsing so many days.
“The Taliban’s accepting the responsibility of the attack is not plausible because there is no trace of militancy in Swat and now complete peace prevails in the valley,” the speakers observed.
They also repeated their determination to safeguard peace in Swat even with their blood.
“Zahid Khan has no family feud. He had to pay with his blood for speaking the truth like everyone else who stands for the truth,” the speakers added.
They warned that the people of Swat would boycott celebrating the Independence Day if the people involved in the attack on Khan were not arrested.
